Reference regulatory obligations
What is a reference regulatory obligation?
As per Section 3.3.2., obligations are elements of a piece of regulation that confer compliance duties on a regulated firm or entity. To ensure obligations can be accurately matched to controls, CUBE will extract reference regulatory obligations directly from the regulatory text of the filtered obligations. This will be done in accordance with the Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive (MECE) principle i.e. ensure that obligations do not overlap and that all obligations are included.
